Welcome to Cuvac USA

Eligibility and Info 

• Membership is open to all persons who subscribe to the purposes of Cuvac USA as per our constitution, bylaws and code of ethics.

• While membership is unrestricted as to a member's country of residence, the club’s primary purpose is to be the representative of the owners and breeders of Slovenský Čuvač dogs in the United States of America.

• During our club formation stage we are not charging dues. Members will give input on our dues rates at our membership meetings.

• To join you will first need to select the membership level that is right for you and your family. The levels are listed below.

• Fill out the web membership contact form below and click send. We will contact you to confirm,

• or download the membership form, fill it out and attach it to an email sent to our club president Margie Veselka,

• or visit our Facebook page, CuvacUSA, join the group, and apply there.

• We do need an official form, filled out, to actually count you as a member of Cuvac USA.

• Individual   Open to all residents of the United States, eighteen (18) years of age and older who enjoy all the privileges of this Club including the right to vote and hold office.
• Household   Open to two or more persons who are residents of the United States, who are eighteen (18) years of age and older, residing in the same household, who enjoy all the privileges of this Club including the right to vote and hold office.
• Junior  Open to any resident of the United States under 18 years of age. Junior members cannot vote or hold office. Junior membership automatically converts to Regular Individual membership upon reaching their 18th birthday.
• Foreign  Open to all non-residents of the United States, eighteen (18) years of age or older, who are not under sanction by any kennel club in the U. S. or other country. Such members are ineligible to hold office or vote. They are also not counted in our AKC membership totals.

NOTE:  Lifetime Honorary Mebership may be conferred by the Board of Directors on those individuals, U. S. residents or foreign, who have made a significant contribution to the Slovenský Čuvač breed and the Club. Members can not apply for Lifetime Honorary Membership. It is only given by the Board.
